Kelly Clarkson is blasting music mogul Clive Davis as bully after word's gotten out that he writes nasty things about Clarkson in his upcoming memoir.

Clarkson took to Twitter to dismiss the 80-year-old Davis's claim that she "often speaks in public before she realizes the implications of what she's saying." He goes on to say in the book, “It’s clear that Kelly Clarkson has a decidedly independent streak, to say the least, and often speaks in public before she realizes the implications of what she’s saying,” according to CMT.

"So I just heard Clive Davis is releasing a memoir and spreading false information about me and my music," Kelly responded. "I refuse to be bullied, and I just have to clear up his memory lapses and misinformation for myself and for my fans. It feels like a violation. Growing up is awesome because you learn you don't have to cower to anyone -- even Clive Davis”.

It almost sounds here like she’s given him a slight pass due to his age. But he also bashes her, telling stories about her crying when he was telling her what songs were going to go on what album.

“What’s most interesting about his story is what he leaves out," Clarkson writes. "He doesn’t mention how he stood up in front of his company at a convention and belittled me and my music.”

This man is really going to bash a woman in a book that everyone is going to read. Especially, a woman who he helped become who she is today? Either way Kelly -- what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?
