2 Strip Clubs Close Immediately Around Buffalo, NY

Locks on the doors immediately for these two wonderful establishments.

Due to a dispute between the club’s operators and their landlord, both clubs (The Gold on Route 5 in Hamburg, formerly 24KT Gold, and Mademoiselle Gentlemen’s Club) were locked up on Sunday. Apparently, neither place has been paying their rent for 'years'.

Owners Michael and Irena Rudan said the club operators have not paid their rent in full for several years. Their ownership group, Rudan Holdings, also owns the Copacabana Grilled Brazilian restaurant, The Tower Hotel (formerly the Minolta Tower), and several strip clubs in Niagara Falls, Ont., including the Sundowner, according to Buffalo News.

They are both listed for sale or lease. Also, it was reported the buildings have security to make sure the former tenants do not try and enter.
