2015 HARBORCENTER Winterfest at Canalside Is This Weekend!

Winterfest will happen downtown at the same time as the medal round of the IIHF Women’s Under-18 World Championship at HARBORCENTER taking place January 5th through the 12th.

Friday, January 9

5:30 PM: Sidewalk in front of (716) Food and Sport. Live music, food, drinks from (716) + prizes from One Buffalo + Buffalo Sabres.

Saturday, January 9

10:00 AM: Start of ice skating, free horse drawn carriage rides around the Canalside district, Tifft Nature, Explore & More Children’s Museum and of course hot cocoa and a heating tent on hand.

During The Day: Meet members of the Team USA Women’s Under-18 team

Sunday, January 10

12 PM: Activities run again until 5 PM.

3:30 PM: Semi-final round of the Women’s U18 World Championship begins.

Junior Sabres + Canisius games will be throughout the weekend at HARBORCENTER  will be happening for hockey fans as well.
