3 WNY Counties Legalize Sale + Purchase of Fireworks [VIDEO]

It may not sound like much, but for the first time ever, you can now buy and sell fireworks in Western New York -- at least in three of the counties.

But, don't think that you're going to have a Jam In The Valley firework display in your own backyard. According to WGRZ:

More than 30 counties across the state ended up passing laws legalizing the sale and use of fireworks, in a limited form. In Western New York, this includes Niagara, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties. Since June 1st, roughly for the past three weeks, certain fireworks have been legal to sell and use in these counties.
