Lance Corporal Brent Armbruster Is This Week’s Hometown Hero!

It’s time once again for our Hometown Hero, brought to you by Batavia Downs Gaming. We would also like to give a quick shoutout to our friends at WNY Heroes who help us with our nominations every week. This Week’s Hometown Hero is orignally from Langford, NY.  It's United States Marine Corps Lance Corporal Brent Armbruster!

His nomination came from his fiancé and it says:

Brent joined the Marines in 2014. He completed boot camp at Paris Island, and is currently serving at MCAS Cherry Point. Brent works as an aviation technician and puts in extremely long days on the flight line working with drones. He is an expert shooter, a very hard worker, and has great leadership skills. He completed the Weapons and Tactics Instructors Course in California. He also takes part in the Marine Corps martial Arts Program (MCMAP).

His fiancé is currently serving in the New York Army National Guard and Brent has never let the distance or stress of being in a dual military relationship effect us or his work. He is always there for me and helps me more than he could ever know. He is my HERO!

We want to say thank you to him for his service as well. This week, we are proud to call Brent Armbruster our Hometown Hero of the week.
