It's tough to say no sometimes when you've got a brand new package of Oreo cookies and a full gallon of milk sitting in your fridge.  You just want a couple.  I mean really....a couple cookies won't hurt right?  Next thing you know, you've eaten half the package and you're telling yourself that you know you didn't need them.  So how do you avoid those cravings?I have them all the time.  I find that I argue with myself like this quite often.  Dr. Oz has some great strategies to avoid putting on a couple extra pounds while you're trying to lose them.  And make sure you listen to the Breakfast Club on 1/20/11 as they talk to Dr. Oz at 7:10!
