A second grader living in Chicago went on live television to deliver what can only be described as the most charismatic weather report delivered by a second grader, ever.

The news station that hosted the little man's first stint on TV, occasionally has pint-sized reporters help out with the morning forecast.

Wouldn't this be awesome if kids from Buffalo got to do this!
