The Erie County Fair has lined up some terrific free entertainment during the run of the fair this summer, August 7-18, 2013.

Back in the early '90s, one of the hottest country acts was the group Sawyer Brown, headed up by lead singer and founder Mark Miller. They'll play a free show this summer at the Erie County Fair on Thursday, August 8 at 8 p.m. in the Buffalo.com Grandstand.

Sawyer Brown had a string of hits, including the number 1 singles, “Some Girls Do” and “Thank God For You”, among others like “The Race Is On” and “All These Years”. They also have some winning hardware to their credit -- the CMA Horizon Award from 1985 and multiple CMT Video Music Awards.

The free show is included with your paid admission to the fair on show day, and it's presented by WYRK and Channel 2 On Your Side.
