Another Routine Loss For The Sabres

They’re playing better defense, they’re getting more shots, they’re more determined than ever, but they still can’t score. It’s almost comical how inept the Buffalo Sabres are in the scoring department.

Tyler Ennis had the lone Buffalo goal out of a season-high 41 shots they took during a 2-1 loss at Ottawa Thursday night.

A second period goal by the Senators turned out to be the game winner. So the Sabres drive for the number one draft pick continues to be safe.

The Sabres are back home Saturday afternoon against Calgary.
