Another shoot out loss for the Buffalo Sabres.  The Sabres played a pretty good road game in Ottawa on Tuesday night, but their Achilles heel is when they reach the shoot out where they've lost five in a row.

The first two shooters for the Ottawa Senators scored on Buffalo goaltender Robin Lehner while Jack Eichel and Matt Moulson both missed and that's all Ottawa would need for a 2-1 win.  Moulson did score earlier in the game for his first goal since November 1st.  When you consider he's making $5-million a season, his 5th goal of the season works out to a million dollars a goal.

Robin Lehner stopped 25 of 26 shots during the game, but was beaten badly on both shoot out goals.  Still, you have to wonder if he's the guy that can help the Sabres reach the next level in their rebuilding project.

The Sabres play in Columbus against the Blue Jackets on Friday.
