There is a HUGE sale that is happening next weekend at the now permanently closed Alfred Angelo on Niagara Falls Blvd. The wedding attire company filed for bankruptcy in July releasing this statement on their website,

"The Chapter 7 Trustee greatly regrets the upset that Alfred Angelo's July 14th bankruptcy filing has caused its customers. While we have been successful in obtaining customer records and delivering many dresses and accessories for customers all over the country, even after the bankruptcy filing date, it has now become apparent that the logistical and financial strain of fulfilling each and every open order makes continuing that course of action no longer possible.

Thus, to the extent any order has not been fully delivered to a customer, it shall have to remain unfilled. If you believe you are owed any money, please use the link below to complete a proof of claim. Please be advised that neither the Chapter 7 Trustee nor her counsel are authorized to provide legal advice to any affected customer regarding their purchase."

This news and statement meant a lot of stores were left full of stock that could not be moved. It turns out the company has finally come to a decision on how to move the stock out and you will benefit greatly.

On April 7th and 8th the Alfred Angelo location on Niagara Falls Blvd will be selling wedding gowns a bridal party dress for up to 75% off. In a tweet from Spectrum news, the owners will open the doors both Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm or until the inventory runs out.

While the news is unfortunate for the workers of the company and those who might have been inconvenienced with the closing it does means good news for those who may have been unable to afford a dress before.
