ATV Hit And Run

It happened during the series of recent snowstorms that have battered the Midwest and east coast, especially New England.  A couple of guys on an ATV flying out of control down city streets in Worchester, Massachusetts slammed into a parked vehicle.  Both got thrown off the ATV.  So what did they do?

Luckily somebody had a camera rolling and caught the two in the act.  Even though they both were wearing masks somebody has to know who these two were.
