I've been doing this radio thing for 40 years now. I've been a part of the morning show since 1986. Ever since I was a kid, I've loved to read. I read the newspaper each day nearly cover to cover, nearly everything except the classifieds. I’m a lifelong Bills and Sabres fan and I've been a regular in the press box of both teams since 1979. You’d think in all that time one of those teams would win a championship! Four cracks at it for the Bills and two for the Sabres and they came up short each time. I was born in Buffalo and raised in Tonawanda. I went to college at Niagara University and since Clay went to Canisius, we get to tease each other twice each year when the Eagles and Griffs meet to play basketball. I began buying records when I was just a kid and have held on to that vinyl all these years. I have a lot of old 45’s in their original sleeves. I bet a lot of millennials have no idea what I’m talking about. Another thing I began doing when I was a kid was riding a bike and I haven’t given that up either. In addition to radio another thing I enjoy doing is officiating high school football. I’m entering my 32nd year doing that.
