Four members of the WYRK staff raised over $1000 each for Special Olympics of New York and earned the right to rappel down 28 stories from the roof of the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, New York
Well not all of these places are within the borders of the city of Buffalo but all are just a short drive away. Western New York is lucky to have such great local farms that provide us with not only pumpkins for Halloween and Thanksgiving, but they also provide us with a place to go with our families and have some quality fun time with the kids
If you've ever had the misfortune of hitting a deer with your car you know how much damage they can cause. This poor deer not only gets hit and flung into the air by one car but is then hit by another car before hitting the ground
Gloriana was in town today on a nation wide radio tour and we took them to Manzella's Restaurant in the city of Buffalo to perform for a lunchtime crowd. The group played several of their songs including their hit 'Wild At Heart' and new single 'Wanna Take You Home'. The gr

Things here are a lot different than Iraq. The biggest thing is seeing all of the Medic Helicopters come in. It's pretty sad to see all of them. We have the best hospital in theatre, we have a 99% live rate. Every day and night there are at least 10 missions for medivac. I'm really glad Niagara can provide planes to help these people out. We also transport prisoners, that's different to see as well. Sometimes I start to feel bad for them but then I wonder what they did to get themselves in their situation. Oh well at least we're catching bad guys.
