Things here are a lot different than Iraq. The biggest thing is seeing all of the Medic Helicopters come in. It's pretty sad to see all of them. We have the best hospital in theatre, we have a 99% live rate. Every day and night there are at least 10 missions for medivac. I'm really glad Niagara can provide planes to help these people out. We also transport prisoners, that's different to see as well. Sometimes I start to feel bad for them but then I wonder what they did to get themselves in their situation. Oh well at least we're catching bad guys.
Phillip Schmitz is a farmer from out in Lawtons, NY and has a very special tractor that he recently had restored by Maple Grove Enterprises in Arcade NY.
Mr. Schmitz inherited the tractor from his father who bought it back in 1952. The tractor worked the farm for many years before Mr. Schmitz had to retire it and have it restored. Now the tractor is taken to farm equipment events around the country.
I can only send one picture at a time so today is this one. It is a sunrise in Afghanistan. Miss every one but I need to get some sleep. Everything is going well just a few minor hicups that you'll probably see on the news. After talking to the Army guys every chance I get I honestly believe we are making progress.
ABC World News was in Western New York recently doing a feature story on the Made In America Store in Elma, NY. ABC has been running a series of reports all centered around products that are made in America and this time they came to talk with Mark Andol who opened his "Made In America Store" a little over a year ago.
The store started off small but has grown exponentially based on the hard work of Mark, his employees and a trend sweeping across America where people are seeking out products that are made right here in the United States by American workers.

Mercury Recording artist Randy Montana made the most out of his first visit to Buffalo, NY today. He began the day by playing several songs for WYRK fans at the Cobblestone Bar on Mississippiu Avenue and then proceeded to open for Taylor Swift at HSBC Arena just a block away...
Taylor Swift's tour is litterally rolling into Buffalo as we speak. I stopped by the HSBC Arena early this morning and took these photos of Taylor's tour buses and equipment trucks getting ready for tonight's concert.
