Father Sentenced for Shaking His Son to Death
A Williamsville, NY, man pleaded guilty in the shaking death of his infant son. Michael Fiorentino, 17, admitted that in 2015 in Cheektowaga, he caused the death of his two-month-old son.
Fiorentino pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the second degree and has been sentenced to three to nine years in prison by State Supreme Court Justice John Michalski, according to the office of Acting Erie County
