Yes, as a larger guy I wasn’t surprised to get that reaction.  Most athletic things I try to do are met with that reaction, but it’s still good to talk to my family regardless. 

Zumba Fitness is a movement sweeping the nation and it’s hard to avoid hearing about it.  Through infomercials, posters at the gym or word-of-mouth most people are at least aware of this work out trend.  Zumba is a Latin dance class that works your cardio, core and even helps with mental alertness.  I know a lot of people are afraid to try it because they can’t dance.  Trust me, you don’t need to have any dancing skills.  If I can do it, you can do it.
