Some observations from Sunday's training camp workout at St. John Fisher.  Nate Peterman got most of the snaps with the starters and he looked like he belonged there with a number of nice throws including one that went for 50 yards to Zay Jones who took it for a touchdown.

A J McCarron was limping around for the final 30 minutes of Sunday's workout after a sack that McCarron reacted to by throwing his helmet to the ground.  Looked like an injury to his right leg or ankle and he laid on the field for a while trainers tended to him.  He did return to play but it looked like it was bothering him.

Be looking for the Bills to use a receiver option pass some time during the season.  Kelvin Benjamin threw a pass for a touchdown on Sunday.  First time we've seen him throw the ball and he's got a great touch.

Tempers were flaring a little bit on Sunday and after one play Jordan Mills and Jerry Hughes got into it.  It took several players and coaches to break it up and four players had to pull Mills away when he tried to go after Hughes again.  Hughes says the defensive and offensive lines go hard at each other and it'll only make each unit better.

Just two more public workouts left before training camp comes to a close.  Next practice in Rochester is Tuesday morning at 8:45.  No ticket is required to get in.
