The Buffalo Bills will honor the memory of their long-time owner Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. by wearing a patch with his initials on their uniforms during the 2014 season.

That patch is set to be unveiled during Thursday night's NFL draft in New York when the Bills jersey is presented to the team's first-round pick.

The Bills will salute Wilson during the weekend of the first 2014 regular season home game. Fans attending the game will receive a token of remembrance in reflection of the patches worn by the players.

Ralph Wilson's wife, Mary Wilson, said, “Ralph would be humbled to see such a tribute in his honor, worn proudly by a team that meant so much to him.” She said, "...our family is touched by the outpouring of support and remembrance.”
