This is a very neat thing to share, Robert E. Ennis, Blasdell, New York resident, is among the judges at the 142nd Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City. He will officiate over several breeds during the daytime competition held at Piers 92/94 in New York City on Monday and Tuesday, Feb.12-13, 2018. Congratulations Robert!

He will be judging a number of different dog breeds during Westminster Kennel Club week at Madison Square Garden.

Mr. Ennis grew up with a Cocker Spaniel and attended his first dog show in 1964. Ennis has owned, bred and exhibited Cocker Spaniels throughout his years of involvement with dogs. After graduation from college in 1973, he began breeding and exhibiting dogs in earnest. He maintained a small hobby kennel and finished more than 40 champions. Ennis’ judging career began in 1993. Since that time, he has judged in nearly all U.S. states, as well as Australia, Canada, Europe and New Zealand. Currently, he is approved to judge the Sporting, Toy and Non-Sporting groups as well as some Working and Hound breeds, Best in Show and Junior Showmanship. This will be his fifth Westminster judging assignment.
