Boston Guy Gets Payback Over Stolen Parking Spot + Buffalo, NY Would Agree

Boston has been getting hit with Buffalo amounts of snow, in most places there's minimum 5 feet of snow.

This 26 year old guy, who is an Uber driver, got home at midnight after saving his parking spot that he shoveled out on the street for hours and saved it by putting an old bookshelf in the spot. The mayor of Boston said "if you spend the time shoveling in front of your house, it is rightfully your spot to park for at least 48 hours".

So, he put up a Craigslist ad to show everything that happened to him

So I had a marker and spent a long time cleaning out this spot. I even made a path from my spot to the sidewalk so I didn't have to walk in the street.According to the Mayor, if you shovel out a spot it's yours for 48 hours until after the snow stops. This guy didn’t wait 24 hours so I put all the snow back… I was nice enough to leave the passenger door accessible in case they needed to get in for an emergency… like they left an inhaler inside or something. But I think he is a total dick and got what he deserved.”
