The young mother who received the remainder of the $380 million Mega Millions jackpot may have to share some of her lump sum with a man who she's been separated from for a number of years.

You may remember a couple of weeks ago when a young mother came forward to claim the remainder of the $380 million Mega Millions jackpot.  It turns out that her total was roughly $190 million.  A total that many people would be happy to accept.  However, when it came her turn to claim the money, Holly Lahti, didn't want her picture taken with the extra large check that they normally issue.

As it turns out, Lahti, 29, has been a victim of domestic abuse in the past and was trying to stay out of the lime light to avoid another confrontation with her ex husband.  Here's the kicker though...due to a murky law in the state of Idaho he could be elligible for a big chunk of that money because they were never officially divorced.

She will still remain a millionaire but she may have just made him one too.
