Buffalo Area Restaurants Under Investigation for Employing Illegal Aliens

News just broke regarding arrests of approximately 50 employee's at four popular area restaurants.

Agave, El Agave, Don Tequila and La Divina all located in the Kenmore, Buffalo and Cheektowaga area are being investigated for employing a number of illegal aliens.

WIVB reports If convicted, they could face 10 years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
