When state leaders in Albany agree to it, the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres say they'll be ready to make using Uber as easy as possible when attending sporting events.  The teams released a statement that says when ride sharing is approved for across New York State, the teams will immediately begin negotiating a partnership that would make rides to and from Key Bank Center and New Era Field more  efficient and seamless.

The teams say the partnership will look into ways that sports fans can have a safe, affordable way to get to and from the venues while at the same time reducing congestion at home games, concerts and other events.

Buffalo Bills and Sabres co-owner Kim Pegula said, “we are committed to offering our fans easy and safe access to Bills and Sabres home games and are thrilled that Uber will work closely with us to make that happen. We just need Albany to make it happen - now.”

Uber has teamed up with most professional sports team around the country to offer fans a more convenient way to access games, including designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
