Well, so much for bragging about your defense.  Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan saw his defense evaporate in the south Florida heat on Sunday as the Miami Dolphins scored 22 unanswered points in the second half to rally for a 28-25 win over the Bills.

The Bills were cruising along with a 17-6 lead after Tyrod Taylor connected with Marquise Goodwin on a 67-yard touchdown midway thru the third quarter, but the Dolphins responded with a 75-yard touchdown drive of their own.  Then they put up two more touchdowns in the fourth quarter to build a 28-17 lead the Bills couldn't overcome.

The story of the day was Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi who ripped the Bills for 214 yards on 29 carries becoming just the fourth player in NFL history to run for 200 yards in consecutive games.  He joins O.J. Simpson (twice), Earl Campbell and Ricky Williams in that category.

While Ajayi was on the sidelines with leg cramps, running back Damien Williams put the Dolphins in the lead for good with a 14-yard touchdown with four minutes to play, then on the Dolphins next possession Ryan Tannehill connected with Kenny Stills on a 66-yard score to nail down the victory.

The 267 yards rushing is the most the Bills defense has given up since 2013.  Neither team committed a turnover, the 11th time in Bills history neither team had a turnover.

The loss ended the Bills four-game winning streak to fall to 4-3 on the season.  The loss is just the second to the Dolphins in their last seven meetings.

The Bills are home next week to host the New England Patriots.  After a 16-0 win in New England in week four, the Bills are looking for a sweep against the Patriots.
