It reminded me a lot of what it was like at Wilson Stadium 20 years ago - two good teams giving it all they had for 60 minutes.  Sunday's game between the Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers had a playoff atmosphere feeling to it with the Bills using solid defense to emerge with a 21-13 victory.

When you consider the Bills beat the Packers without scoring an offensive touchdown it's even more incredible.  But I guess you really don't have to depend too much on your offense when for the second week in a row the Bills defense held one of the league's premier quarterbacks without a passing touchdown.

Aaron Rodgers came into the game against the Bills with just three interceptions for the season, but Bacarri Rambo, playing in just his second game for the Bills intercepted Rodgers twice.

Stephon Gilmour and Nickell Robey also dropped what appeared to be sure interceptions.  Robey says this was a statement game for the franchise.

The Bills defense ended any hope the Packers had when Mario Williams knocked the ball from Rodgers' hand and the Bills scored a safety when they tackled Eddie Lacey in the end zone.  Williams described what they were trying to do against Rodgers.

Statistically, it was the worst game of Rodgers' career - completion-wise and in terms of quarterback rating.  Aaron completed just 17 of 42 passes for 185 yards.

The Bills lone touchdown came on a 75-yard punt return by Marcus Thigpen in the first quarter while Dan Carpenter hit on four field goals.

The Bills victory also completes a four-game sweep of the NFC North.  This season the Bills beat Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota and the Packers.

The Bills head west next week to visit the Oakland Raiders.
