Buffalo Man Named McDonald’s Crew Person of the Year

McDonald's corporate office sent over this memo congratulating it's Crew Member of the Year for all of Western New York, 54-year-old Timothy Paulfrey.

Paulfrey was honored with the title of 2017 Crew Person of the Year for all of Western New York! This prestigious award spotlights the contribution crew members make to McDonald’s business by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction every day.

The Crew Person Of The Year Award, recognizes excellence in customer service, hospitality, leadership, and community service. Finalists were selected after careful review by McDonald’s field service, training and human resources departments.

Paulfrey has been a dedicated McDonald’s employee for over five years in North Buffalo. As a member of the lunch crew, Paulfrey consistently treats guests as though they are friends, with a friendly attitude and outgoing personality. Paulfrey is notorious for keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and pleasant for customers. In addition, he is wonderful at interacting with children while working his position in the lobby.
