Buffalo Native Not Impressed With Boston Blizzard – “Like Spring Break” [VIDEO]

Rob Marciano was trying to look all "weather guy" in the elements and show the results of the big blizzard when someone walks by wearing a suit! No jacket, no hat AND he's carrying a suitcase! Of course he had to get to the bottom of why this guy was out trudging through the snow and his response was priceless!
