They've won their last six home games including a four game homestand.  They've won 10 of their last 13.  They're one of the hottest teams in the league and Tyler Ennis was named the NHL Player of the Week.

The Sabres beat the Ottawa Senators in a shoot out 5-4 Monday night at First Niagara Center.  Matt Moulson was the only player to score in the shoot out while Jonas Enroth stopped all three Ottawa shooters and made 29 saves for the game to record his seventh straight win.

Brian Flynn's 3rd period goal with 3 and a half minutes to play tied the game at 4-4 to force overtime and the shoot out.  Rasmus Ristolainen, Marcus Foligno and Moulson scored in a 3 and a half minute span in the second period.

So what's up with this team?  After looking so God-awful in the first month and a half of the season they've completely turned it around.  And they've taken down some good teams along the way - Montreal, Tampa Bay and the Stanley Cup champion L-A Kings.

The Sabres are on the road Tuesday night in Winnipeg - a place they've never won since the Jets moved from Atlanta four years ago.
