There's a chance the polar bear cubs at the Buffalo Zoo may be leaving Buffalo.

The zoo needs about $2 million more before this fall to keep the cubs here in Buffalo.

A total of $18 million is needed to build an exhibit that will pass Association of Zoos and Aquariums' standards. The plan now is to build a 60,000-square-foot arctic exhibit for the cubs to live in to keep them here in Western New York.

As of now, about $15.5 million has been raised, and they still need your help. The zoo will know their fate in about a month, and the Buffalo Zoo hopes that the state will help fund this project to keep Kali and Luna, who was born at the zoo, here.
