Can Chocolate Really Lead To Weight Loss?

This sounds too good to be true. I mean, what will they say next. Bacon is linked to clearing of the arteries….LOL…OK, Probably not. Getting serious now, ….Chocolate has been linked to lower weight. A group of smart guys at the University of California found that those who eat chocolate a couple times a week ….weighed less than people who didn’t. The researchers say that chocolate has loads of anti-oxidants which could aid in the lowering of cholesterol as well as blood pressure. Now this doesn’t mean eat the heck out of chocolate, but a few M&M’s here and there or a Hershey’s kiss just might be good for you.
