Car-Deer Accident Claims Life Of Orchard Park Man

A late night accident with a deer on the Rice Road exit off the 219 claimed the life of an Orchard Park man.

According to WKBW, a driver in a Mini Cooper collided with a deer on the Rice Road off ramp while heading south on 219 just before midnight on 6/10.

The vehicle that was following the Mini Cooper was a Toyota driven by 51 year old Toni Naumovski from Orchard Park.  He was not able to stop and collided with the Mini Cooper.  State police said he was not wearing a seat belt.

Naumovski was transported to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
