An impromptu solidarity run is being planned for runners in Buffalo. If you're looking for ways that you can help, here is one of them.
It's going to be here before we know it. The 18th annual Ride For Roswell is June 21-22, and I am honored to be a part of this wonderful event this year. I am not only hosting the opening ceremonies on Friday the 21, I am also riding the 104-mile route on the 22.

I've been a fan of the Buffalo Sabres since they began play in 1970. I've missed very few games over the years but if there was ever one to miss it was Thursday night's game against the Montreal Canadiens. It was obvious many of the Sabres have given up any hope of making the playoffs when they didn't bother to show up.
