Check You for Ticks My Dear?

Getty Images

We have our mild winter to thank for the early emergence of ticks.  They’ve awakened from their dormant state and are out looking for blood.  According to an article in the Buffalo News we should be aware of the little buggers as we head out in the unseasonably nice weather.  You might want to put the flea and tick stuff on your dog right about now.  One bug expert says ticks are out in force three or four weeks ahead of schedule.  Ticks are famous for spreading Lyme disease.  Symptoms are much like the flu along with a round, red rash.

Here honey, let me look you over.  You never know where those pesky things may be hiding.
