It's a huge move and Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo needs your help.  It'll be sometime in November when the hospital moves operations from Bryant Street to the new John R. Oishei Children's Hospital on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.

The new building is only about a mile away, but it's a huge undertaking and Kaleida Health has put a notice on its website appealing for volunteers to help with the move.  Essentially they're calling it an "all hands on deck" operation.

Move Day Volunteer Form

The date or dates of the move aren't firmly set at this time, but they're appealing for volunteers to fill out the sign up form and the hospital's volunteer services department will call as the big day approaches.

A number of the hospital's outpatient services have already been relocated to the new hospital at Ellicott and High Streets, but after moving inpatient and emergency services is complete, the hospital will take on a new name.  The new hospital will be known as the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.
