Clay and Dale Decorate Gingerbread Houses [VIDEO]

What do Clay and I know about Christmas baking and cake decorating? Not much, but we’re willing to take on almost anything new like the offer to decorate gingerbread houses. How hard could that be? It’s not unless you want it to look good so the two of us have a little challenge going to see who can create the nicest-looking gingerbread house for the holidays.

We were invited over to Muscoreil’s Fine Desserts, Gourmet Cakes and Bistro on Niagara Falls Blvd. to learn a little something about the art of cake decorating. In this case decorating gingerbread houses. They had everything all laid out for us. All we had to do was let our imaginations run wild. Check out Part One of how it went.
