Clay Goes Fishing in Lafayette Square [VIDEO]

After record rainfall on Thursday, the roads were flooding just about everywhere! I had a pole (actually Hank's Spider Man pole) and my fishing license on me...so why not cast a line in the city??

Although the water was deep enough, I had no luck. Probably didn't help that the traffic scared them all away! The firetruck was definitely not ideal and probably ruined any chance I had.
