It's going to be here before we know it. The 18th annual Ride For Roswell is June 21-22, and I am honored to be a part of this wonderful event this year. I am not only hosting the opening ceremonies on Friday the 21, I am also riding the 104-mile route on the 22.

So, what can you do to get involved?

I spoke with John Hannon on Tuesday morning about Ride For Roswell. As a patient of Roswell, a cyclist and member of the board of directors for The Ride, John was able to shed some light on the what and when, as well as where and how to get involved, either as a rider or volunteer.

The one thing we can't stress enough is that the time is running out! Click the link below to join TEAM WYRK, donate or volunteer.

This ride means more to me than just great exercise. I have witnessed so many amazing things at Roswell in the time that I have been at WYRK. Many of my friends have gone for treatment, and the atmosphere and positive energy that you find within its doors and on its campus are exactly why we need to keep helping with their fight against cancer.
