CMA Awards: A Fabulous Show

Watching last night’s CMA Awards I felt proud to work in the country music industry.  The show was a classy representation of our format and it paid off big for ABC television.  An average 16.45 million viewers (according to zap2it.com) welcomed country music superstars in to their homes.  I’ve got to say I was thrilled when Blake Shelton won the male vocalist award, I literally shouted in happiness at my TV and the cherry on top was Brad Paisley grabbing the top honors "Entertainer of the Year".  So glad I decided to upgrade to "high def" before the show aired last night!  Congrats to all the winners and to an industry full of so many talented artists!  Well done Nashville
