Everyone knows that Facebook pictures can get you in trouble. This college freshman has found out the hard way.

Freshman Chelsea Chaney is suing Fayette County Schools for the improper use of a Facebook photo that was on her account. This picture from her family vacation was chosen at random to be in a presentation of "What Not To Do" on Facebook.
She and her family are suing for $2 million and feel their complaint about the photo being used in a school presentation was not taken seriously. Chaney said she cried a lot after the picture was shown, and it made her first semester at the University of Georgia a lot harder. She did, however, receive a written apology.
