CONTROVERSY: YouTube Video Shows Buffalo Police Department ‘Brutality’

Pleas of help and cries for it to stop are clear in the video of one man getting kicked and slapped by Buffalo Police.

This video was taken last Saturday, April 19, but it is making waves now, and people all night have been calling in, and we've been talking about this video and the actions of the Buffalo Police Department.

Taken on a cell phone, the video shows the man, who has already been arrested, and what some are calling a brutal attack by Buffalo Police. We have learned that the man arrested was 22 years old.

Buffalo Police spokesperson Mike DeGeorge released a statement Sunday night:

Buffalo Police became aware of the video on Friday and Commissioner Daniel Derenda immediately ordered the Internal Affairs Division to open an investigation into the matter.
