I am a massive Hootie & the Blowfish fan -- they put out two of my all-time favorite albums, 'Fairweather Johnson' and 'Cracked Rear View' (which can be played 13 times all the way through before you make it to Myrtle Beach from Buffalo -- I've tried). So when I heard they were disassembling, I was ticked.

With that bad news, who knew that a great new career -- Hootie frontman Darius Rucker's solo country career, of course -- was going to come from it?

Flash forward five years after his debut release of 'Learn to Live', and this man is coming to our Taste Of Country concert right here in Buffalo!

To honor one of my favorite musicians, I have been counting down my top 50 Darius Rucker / Hootie & the Blowfish songs. I posted songs 50 through 26 over the past few weeks on Twitter, but I'll continue to countdown the 25 days until Taste Of Country with my remaining top 25 songs.

If I'm feeling daring, you may even see me and my guitar cover some of the greatest Hootie songs of all time!

#25: "I Got Nothin'"

From Darius' second country album, Charleston, SC 1966.
