77 writers from all over North America who voted in the Country Music Critics Poll named....

Jamey Johnson...Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, and male Vocalist of the Year....they also cited his album "The Guitar Song" as the year's Best Album.

The critics also voted that Miranda Lambert's single "The House That Built Me" as the year's Best Single!

Josh Turner is flattered and humbled......after finding out that 16 year-old Scott McCreery sang his hit "Your Man" on American Idol.  Turner said "I got the link to Scotty's audition the other night.  I am honored he would choose to sing one of my songs and I'm impressed by his voice and his character.  I'll definitely be pulling for him! Maybe he'll sing my new single in Hollywood? Totally kidding."

The Band Perry will perform their platinum single "If I Die Young" on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"
