The Los Angeles Times reports that Reba McEntire has joined NBC's The Voice as a new advisor! Also joining Reba are: R&B singer Monica, singer/songwriter Sia Furler and music producer Adam Blackstone. The new advisors will help judges Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine in the "battle" rounds, which will span four episodes. Contestants from each team will perform a duet during that time - with the weakest one eliminated. McEntire will partner with Shelton, Monica with Green. Aguilera will team up with Sia, with Levine and Blackstone helping their team. The blind auditions will continue on The Voice tomorrow night!

Dwayne Johnson's new acting adventure is playing the part of Country Music Hall of Fame member Charley Pride in a new bio epic. Variety reports that Johnson will produce and play the lead role in a film covering the life of star Charley Pride. The role initially went to actor Terrence Howard, but due to a scheduling conflict, the role now belongs to The Rock.
