Crystal Pepsi Might Be Making a Comeback!

Do you remember Crystal Pepsi?  It came out in the 90's and failed miserably.  I loved it and was disappointed when I found out that they weren't going to make it anymore after only a year on the shelves.  But it might be making a come back soon thanks to a YouTube star.

His name is Kevin Strahle, but he goes by the name "L.A. Beast" on YouTube.  You may have seen some of his videos.  He posts videos of himself eating weird stuff, or weird quantities of stuff like two pounds of butter, or 26 ghost peppers in six minutes.  (Be Prepared:  Profanity and puking.)

Kevin is a huge fan of Crystal Pepsi.  So much so that he bought a 20 year old bottle of it on ebay and chugged it in one of his videos. (Once again...prepare for the puking and profanity)

In April, Kevin decided to start a campaign to bring Crystal Pepsi back.  This is a guy that has 1.2 million followers so of course they got on board.

Needless to say, sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease and it looks like Crystal Pepsi might be making a comeback.  He got a letter from them the other day that finished with, "We definitely hear you and your followers and we think you'll all be happy with what's in store."

I will hold my breath until then!
