It's that time of year when ghosts and goblins start to come out of the wood work.  The question is whether or not you believe in them.  Regardless, if it's a ghost or just a person coming out of the darkness, most people would be a little spooked.  Unless of course that person is your dad and he falls flat on his face while trying to scare you.  What follows is the ultimate fail in scaring tactics.
