Darius Rucker Performs with Developmentally Challenged at ACMs [VIDEO]

In a performance that brought many of country musics biggest stars to tears, Darius Ruckerperformed 'Music From The Heart' with a group of developmentally challenged youth at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

'Music From The Heart' was written by Chris Young and Brett James with the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.
