Think it's easy?  Well, Liz Mantel and I recently went behind the scenes at Dinosaur BBQ to check out where all the magic happens and found out it's a lot of work.

Everything they served at Dinosaur BBQ is made in-house.  All the meats are prepared in their wood-fired smokers.  Their sides are made fresh daily.  And that's a large reason why they were selected as the official site of the WYRK Toyota Taste of Country After-Party on June 10th.

Dinosaur BBQ will have the smokers going all night so you can enjoy their amazing food along with Bud Light drink specials all night and live music from West of the Mark.  And who knows?  We might have some special guest join us too.

To prepare us for the big night Liz and I learned how to de-bone a chicken.  Neal, the kitchen director at Dinosaur BBQ made it look so easy.  It's not.  Check out how we did.
