Dierks is asking you to shoot a video talking about someone that means a lot to you, whether it's a lost love, family member or anyone that still lingers in your life in one way or another. They will then select clips to use in the video.

To submit your video, follow these steps from his website:

Record a 15-second (max.) video in the highest quality you can, and email it to them via http://wetransfer.com.
