Apparently it's the truth.  When Pope Francis visits Manila in the Philippines next week, 2,000 traffic enforcers will be required to wear adult diapers while on duty so that they don't have to leave their posts.  People waiting for hours to see the pope are also being encouraged to wear diapers because finding a toilet will be difficult.

The head of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority says the directive was "well received" by his workforce.  The idea will be tested on Friday while traffic enforcers work during the nearly 24-hour annual procession of the Black Nazarene - a parade thru the streets of Manila with a black statue of Jesus Christ which is believed to have mystical powers that can cure ailments and bring good health and fortune.

Millions of people are expected to attend when Pope Francis holds an open-air Mass  on Jan. 18th.  Priests, nuns, seminarians and the elderly are also being encouraged to  wear diapers during the event.
